The digital application is a service of the The Governing Mayor of Berlin – Senate Chancellery (service provider) and the respective specialist administration. Your data will be processed jointly by the administrations of the State of Berlin involved in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The processing of the personal data from the input masks serves us solely to process the application.
Other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the digital application is Section 4 Paragraph 2 Clause 1 Online Access Act Berlin (OZG Bln).
The further processing of the necessary personal data for the provision of the requested administrative service (issuance of the requested residence permit) by the State Office for Immigration is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter e of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in conjunction with § 86 et seq. Residence Act.
